Just saw over at Netsplit, we are now the third biggest network in the world... Well thats both nice and disturbing... It's nice to see you enjoy the network just as much as me, but the disturbing thing is, what was once a small cosy place is now big as... Well I don't know what... When I started IRCing on QuakeNet, we were about 300 at peak times... 300... Now our user peak is 109663...

It's with mixed feelings I see us grow in this rate... Just hope we can keep the feeling of a worm welcome & good support to our users and not become a cold anonymous place where you never see a IRCop... The close relationship between the users and the admins is one of the key ingredients in crating a successfull ircnetwork...
