Exil delinking

Exil.se, currently hosted by Spray, will be delinked from the QuakeNet network shortly. The hardware used in Exil will be shared between wineasy.se and Stockholm.se, so whilst we are losing a server, we will not be losing capacity.

We'd like to thank Spray for all their support and wish them the best of luck in the future.
