Downtime

Posted by Yarn on Sunday 12 January 2003

Sorry about that folks. This webserver's been running on a very narrow free disk margin for some time, and it looks like it ran out when I was unable to keep an eye on it. Unfortunately this lead to a load of related failures. I have a new hard disk and some RAM to put in, the problem is finding time to get at the machine. What a weekend!

eek. i dont know much about linux (i think thats what quakenet is hosted on.) but if its anything like FreeBSD then it will throw a right wobbler when a partition fills up. Still at least its an excuse to put more ram in at the same time ;)
