FAQs Update

Posted by meeb on Monday 05 June 2006

In our ongoing and increasing effort to better our services and support we have had a team busily update our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to correspond to our current network services and policies. It's been a long time coming, but we are pleased to announce to the release of our new up to date and current FAQs.

The newly updated FAQs have been released in English, French, German and Finnish. Other languages will be put live soon(ish) so be sure to check back shortly if they are not displayed in a language you are comfortable with.

So go check them out (they can be found to the left, directly below the main navigation) before joining #help as they contain answers to, you guessed it, all the frequently asked questions :)

Please log in to post comments.
If there\'s anything that still needs to be corrected, leave a comment about it in here

There are many Swedish servers and q-net Operators so the translation to Swedish can\'t be a problem.

Honestly, there are way too many mistakes in the German version.

If you feel there are so many mistakes, send the corrected text to pr@. Telling us in here that there are mistakes is just a waste of database space.

Abdul said on Friday 09 June 2006

Abdul, in post #2 Microbe said to mention things here. Nowhere was pr@ posted. Well job, nicer than the old ones :)

Well wherever you write it, at least mention where are the mistakes.

Tidus said on Wednesday 14 June 2006

Dataforce, I read from what Microbe and Abdul have both said is that if it\'s a one-word or otherwise simple fix, say here. If it\'s anything substantial (or more than a few one-off changes) where here isn\'t really suitable use pr@ and they\'ll forward as necessary. Of course I may have just read everything wrong and they are both going to have a go at me now :)

Trust afq is still not corect. (NON commercial) Trusts without homepages got allways denied because of having no homepage. The faq says that ONLY COMMERCIAL trusts need one.
